Cancellation Period
You have the right to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this 1 hour, your order may have already been processed for shipping, and cancellation may not be possible.

**How to Cancel an Order**
To cancel an order within the hour, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the chatbot with the three *...* in the lower right screen of the page.

2. Send us a message explaining why you'd like to cancel the order or change the shipping address.

3. If it's within the hour, we will cancel it. If it's after an hour and it's already shipped please review our refund policy.

**Refund Policy**
If you successfully cancel your order within the 1-hour cancellation period, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 1-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

**Exceptions**
Please note that customized or personalized lingerie items may not be eligible for cancellation or refund if production has already begun. Additionally, items marked as "Final Sale" are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
